		<description><![CDATA[As I will be running in a 5K race for Clean Air and to protest the threat of a 975 megawatt power plant being built on Oakville (only 320 meters from a school), I went for a trail run in search of clean air. I found during the mindful running adventure that the sounds, smells and sights in a forest help expand one's awareness and expose an interconnected world. This allowed me to set aside my concerns and to appreciate the beauty of the forest.]]></description>
