As I will be running in a 5K race for Clean Air and to protest the threat of a 975 megawatt power plant being built on Oakville (only 320 meters from a school), I went for a trail run in search of clean air. I found during the mindful running adventure that the sounds, smells and sights in a forest help expand one’s awareness and expose an interconnected world. This allowed me to set aside my concerns and to appreciate the beauty of the forest.

Mississauga Half Marathon 2010 Race Report
One runner’s review of the Mississauga Half 1/2 Marathon held on May 16, 2010. It was a beautiful day for a run and a great way to celebrate a perfect Spring morning despite a runner’s knee complication.
